Matthew began his journey at Real Deal as a Program Therapist before advancing to Lead Therapist and Clinical Director. His approach is grounded in humanistic Gestalt therapy and a belief that effective care should reflect each client's individual story, strengths, and needs.
As Clinical Director, Matthew is passionate about creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time on the open road.
