Real Deal was founded to focus on mental-health treatment while keeping sober living affordable enough that anyone who deserves recovery can actually finish it. The people on this page are the team that runs that plan — clinicians, admissions, sober living operators, ops. Many of them are in recovery themselves; the rest were hired because they know how to work with people who are. That is why the plan you get here is not theoretical.
The team behind the mission
Most treatment marketing shows stock photos with clean smiles. The person who actually walks you through admission, sits across from you in group, and takes your call at 8pm on a Sunday — that’s who matters. Those are the people above.
Real Deal was founded to close the gap between the treatment adults need and the treatment they can actually afford to finish. Every person on this team was hired to run that plan. Many of them — admissions reps, sober living operators, house staff, and several clinicians — are in recovery themselves. The ones who aren’t were hired because they know exactly how to work with people who are.
None of that replaces training. Every clinical role at Real Deal is licensed or supervised. But mission plus lived experience is why the room feels different from what most people expect walking in.
