Rachel has more than seven years of healthcare experience and has grown with Real Deal from practicum student to clinical leader. She supports clinicians, strengthens clinical programs, and helps ensure clients receive compassionate, effective care.
Her approach is warm, practical, and judgment-free, incorporating IFS, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT. Rachel believes meaningful change doesn't always happen in a straight line — and that even small steps forward are worth celebrating.
Fun fact: Rachel thrives under pressure and is at her best when solving problems in fast-paced situations.
