Treatment: Real Deal Recovery does not yet operate a Houston outpatient rehab center — the Houston clinic is planned for 2027. Real Deal sober living Houston is open now. In the meantime, Houston-area residents can access PHP and IOP at RD Richardson, San Antonio, and Austin, or through virtual counseling when telehealth is clinically appropriate.
